Ikoyi Building Crumple: Provisional Approval No longer Given Ahead of Building Started – LASBCA

In step with Olawale’s Assertion on Oath, Osibona confirmed his team a copy of the provisional approval from the Lagos Advise Authorities and ordered them to open construction on the web site.

Disputing Olawale’s claims, Odugbemi talked about that LASBCA by no procedure granted Osibona a provisional planning allow when the team moved to the web site to open construction in January 2019.

He talked about that LASBCA granted provisional approval in April 2019.
