Presidential candidate and Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno on Monday said he is no longer going to cater to patronage politics if elected, asserting he can give reduction to these that helped him thru other methodology.
The Aksyon Demokratiko said he has worked with allies of his opponents in politics because they were specialists of their field.
